Start Line Alignment
Aligning with Your Start Wave
To ensure a smooth, safe, and elite running experience, the TCS Sydney Marathon starts in color-coded waves (Red, Green, and Orange) from St Leonards Park. Our pacers are strategically assigned to specific assembly zones within these waves. Please check your official runner bib for your wave color and assembly chute letter. On race morning, simply enter your color-coded starting corral and align yourself with the pacer holding your target time flag.
