Designed by Australian Marathon Record-Holder, Brett Robinson, our First Timer, Intermediate and Advanced 16-Week Marathon training programs are designed for runners of all abilities to get to this year’s 2024 TCS Sydney Marathon start line feeling great!

Level: First Timer

16 Week Training Plan

This program is designed for someone who runs once or twice a week or is new to running. The plan is to slowly build you up and improve your running so you can complete the TCS Sydney Marathon.

Level: Intermediate

16 Week Training Plan

This program is designed for someone who runs 2-4 times a week, but is looking for a structured plan to get them in shape to run the TCS Sydney Marathon.
