Road closures
The following key roads in Pyrmont and Darling Harbour (west) will be closed:
4am to 10am: sections of Harris St, Wattle St northbound, Fig St and on-ramp, Allen St and the off-ramp from Western Distributor, Bulwarra Rd, and surrounding local streets.
4am to 10:30am: Harris St, Pyrmont Bridge Rd, John St, Point St and surrounding local streets.
4am to 11am: sections of Pirrama Rd, Pyrmont St, Pyrmont Bridge Rd, Jones Bay Rd, Union St and surrounding local streets.
5am to 11am: Pyrmont Bridge Rd between Little Mount St and Murray St. Partially reopens between Bank St and Little Mount St at 10.30am.
3am to 11am: The Western Distributor between Pyrmont and the CBD including on/off ramps will be closed. Citybound traffic from the Anzac Bridge will be detoured via the Bathurst St off ramp.
Access to areas north of the Sydney Harbour Bridge: from 3am to 11am motorists travelling north of the Harbour Bridge will need to travel via the Cross City Tunnel eastbound towards Kings Cross (toll-free from 5am – 4.30pm) and join the Eastern Distributor via the Bayswater Rd entry portal to continue on the Harbour Tunnel northbound. Expect heavy delays.
Access to Eastern Distributor travelling south: motorists can access the Eastern Distributor via the Cross City Tunnel eastbound (toll-free from 5am – 4.30pm).
Managed local access
Parking restrictions
Special Event Clearways parking restrictions will be in effect from 12.01am to 10am on Pyrmont Bridge Rd, Harris St, Pirrama Rd, Pyrmont St, Bowman St and surrounding local roads. Clearways will be in effect on Wattle St and Bridge St from 3am to 11am.
The event will reimburse displaced parking if conditions of the parking reimbursement form are met.
