Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter: The promoter is Pont3 Pty Ltd (ABN 77 109 976 119), organisers of the TCS Sydney Marathon presented by ASICS.

2. Competition Period: The competition opens at 10:00am AEDT on 7 November 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 14 November 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility: Entry is open to all registered participants of the 2025 TCS Sydney Marathon aged 18 years or over. Employees of Pont3 Pty Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete the Official Tour and Charity Program Feedback Survey during the competition period. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

5. Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) free entry to the 2026 TCS Sydney Marathon. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash nor does it not include travel or accommodation to Sydney. 

6. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Friday 7 November 2025 and notified by email within five (5) business days.

7. Prize Claim: The winner must claim their prize within fourteen (14) days of notification. If the prize is not claimed within this period, a new winner may be selected at the promoter’s discretion.

8. Privacy: By entering, participants consent to their feedback being used for research and marketing purposes related to the TCS Sydney Marathon. All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Pont3 Privacy Policy, available at tcssydneymarathon.com/privacy-policy.

9. General: The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these terms.
